Contact us in the app
Open Account → Help Center to send a support request. Include your account ID, the series and episode, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or payment card information.

If you cannot access your account or prefer to contact us by email, write to [email protected]. You can use this address for privacy requests as well. Do not include passwords or payment card information.
Apple purchases
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account. Deleting the app does not cancel subscriptions. For purchase refunds, use Apple’s Report a Problem service.
Your account and privacy
To delete your account, open Account → Delete Account in the app. You can also request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information through Help Center. If you cannot access your account, use the support contact shown in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
